Fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging is the
heart of who we are. Knowing we are stronger together, we
champion efforts to celebrate and advocate for diversity and
inclusion in Southlake Carroll ISD schools and community
to prepare students for successful futures.

We know that in order to reach their full potential, every student needs to feel a sense of belonging and validation. We are business leaders, community organizers, parents, educators, and students committed to supporting diverse perspectives, backgrounds, experiences, and cultures in our schools.
