Meet DATS LEADERSHIP
Ken Heymann, President
Ken Heymann is the founder and COO of UniFocus LP, a Texas based software company. He has a BA in English and an MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and he also has an MA in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. Ken is the Vice Chair of the Dean’s Board of Advancement of the College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism at UNT, was an adjunct lecturer in the program, and is a past chair of the Hospitality Board of Governors. Prior to going into business, Ken was a HS English teacher and served in the U.S. Peace Corps. He has lived in Southlake with his wife and two daughters (a college senior and a CSHS senior) for over 20 years.
Jennifer Hough, Vice President
Jennifer is a graduate of UT-Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Jennifer, her husband, and two kids moved to Southlake 2011.
She has served on the District Advisory Committee and is a 2021 graduate of CLASS. In her free time she feeds the homeless with weekly deliveries, crochets, and enjoys gardening. Jennifer is working with DATS because she wants Southlake to be the best version of itself and for all kids to feel safe in and proud of CISD.
Sravan Krishna, Treasurer
Sravan Krishna, from Chennai and Hyderabad in India, moved to Texas 24 years ago. He has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. Sravan served in a variety of technology leadership roles, working for IBM and Accenture, in his career spanning over 22 years. He currently serves as head of data analytics and technology infrastructure. He has been living in Southlake for the last 10 years with his wife and two sons. Sravan enjoys playing with his boys, watching sports and working on his fitness. He also enjoys meeting people across the world and learning their cultures.
Roshni Chowdhry, a Mumbai, India native, made the U.S. her home 18 years ago. During that time, she has lived in Chicago IL, Madison WI and now Southlake TX, with her husband, 12-year-old daughter, and three rescue pets (two dogs and a cat). Passion for innovation, marketing, and entrepreneurship helped her earn two MBAs (India and Chicago). Roshni has built her career working with advertising agencies, research organizations, as well as insurance companies. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. She currently serves as Head of Customer Experience for a Fortune 500 mid-west financial services company and is on the board for A Fund for Women, an organization that provides grants to women and girls in Wisconsin to enhance education, employment, and self-esteem. In addition to serving on the leadership for Dignity for all Texas Students, she has volunteered at different Carroll ISD events and is currently serving on the District Diversity Council. Roshni enjoys traveling the world, being creative in the kitchen (cooking and baking), and toiling away in her home-garden.
